Our process

  • In our initial meeting, we dive deep into your vision, your underlying motivation (your "why"), and take the time to truly understand you and your company. We prioritize getting to the heart of the event, ensuring that we grasp the essence of what you want your event to convey.

  • Drawing from the insights gained in our discussions, we develop a concept and design tailored to bring your unique vision to life. This initial concept is refined with your feedback to ensure that all your expectations and preferences are considered and incorporated.

  • Once the concept is approved, we kick off the process of liaising with vendors, ensuring that every detail is meticulously organised. From start to finish, we work closely with vendors to guarantee seamless execution and to bring your vision to fruition.

  • As the event date approaches, we focus on tying up all loose ends. We create comprehensive run sheets, handle any last-minute changes. We also handle sending out itineraries to guests and speakers and liaising with hotels for special arrangements.

  • On the day of the event, we take charge of the setup, ensuring that every detail is impeccably arranged. From start to finish, we oversee all aspects of the event, leaving you free to fully engage and enjoy the occasion. We handle the logistics, and ensure that every aspect of the event runs smoothly, allowing you to relax and savour the experience without any stress.

  • Send out surveys or feedback forms to attendees, vendors, and staff to gather insights on what worked well and what could be improved for future events. Hold a post-event debrief meeting with the organisation oversight to discuss what went well, areas for improvement, and lessons learned to be applied to future events.

Our journey together begins two months before your event, providing you with peace of mind as we finalise details, create timelines, and coordinate with vendors. This package includes 25 hours dedicated to making sure everything is in place. On the day, you can relax and enjoy your celebration, knowing our team is there to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

    • Final pre-event meeting to review details, floor plans, and setup.

    • Development of a detailed timeline.

    • Vendor confirmation a week before the event.

    • Full vendor contact management to keep your day uninterrupted.

    • Attendance and direction at rehearsal (if applicable).

    • Set-up support and assistance throughout the event.
