    In our initial meeting we discuss your vision, your why, and get to know you. We want to hear your story.

    All this information is used to create a concept/design for you that brings your vision to life. This is then fine-tuned, making sure all your expectations are met. 

  • We execute the perfect plan

    Once signed off has occurred the outworking and contacting of vendors begins ensuring your wedding runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • We make sure everything is organised

    As your wedding date approaches, all the loose ends are tied up. The run sheets are developed, along with any last-minute changes, and contacting all vendors for bump in and bump out times. Sending out of itineraries to guest and speakers, liaising with hotels for gift baskets and the list goes on.

  • We take care of all the details for you

    On your special day, we set up, making sure that every t is crossed and every i is dotted. We run your event from start to finish, taking away the stress and allowing you to engage and enjoy your day.

On the day coordination

Our journey together begins two months before your event, providing you with peace of mind as we finalise details, create timelines, and coordinate with vendors. This package includes 25 hours dedicated to making sure everything is in place. On the day, you can relax and enjoy your celebration, knowing our team is there to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

    • Final pre-event meeting to review details, floor plans, and setup.

    • Development of a detailed timeline.

    • Vendor confirmation a week before the event.

    • Full vendor contact management to keep your day uninterrupted.

    • Attendance and direction at rehearsal (if applicable).

    • Set-up support and assistance throughout the event.

    • Coordination of key people and guest flow during the event.

    • Wedding day emergency kit for any last-minute hiccups.

    • Complete day-of management, ensuring everything stays on schedule.

    • Post-event packing assistance for gifts, favors, or any other items.

    • Handling all typical event needs based on the type of celebration.

    • Unlimited email and phone support.

    • Etiquette guidance.

    • Regular updates and check-ins to keep everything on track.

    • Full coordination of vendor payments.

    • 12-hour day-of support with two assistants on-site for seamless execution.
