Once the concept is approved, we kick off the process of liaising with vendors, ensuring that every detail is meticulously organised. From start to finish, we work closely with vendors to guarantee seamless execution and to bring your vision to fruition.

As the event date approaches, we focus on tying up all loose ends. We create comprehensive run sheets, handle any last-minute changes. We also handle sending out itineraries to guests and speakers and liaising with hotels for special arrangements.

On the day of the event, we take charge of the setup, ensuring that every detail is impeccably arranged. From start to finish, we oversee all aspects of the event, leaving you free to fully engage and enjoy the occasion. We handle the logistics, and ensure that every aspect of the event runs smoothly, allowing you to relax and savour the experience without any stress.
